The cleanliness left much to be desired, particularly with mold issues in the bathroom and dusty curtains that could use a wash. Internet connectivity was unstable, leaving us frustrated when trying to plan activities. The description of the family room needs a serious update, as the placement of the beds barely allowed for any space to walk between them.

The staff was incredibly friendly and the breakfast was more than adequate for the price.

The walls were so thin. We could hear our neighbor's conversations through the wall and someone getting sick at about 5am. Bring earplugs to get sleep.

This hotel is the perfect choice for those who come to Toledo by train ( we took taxi from railway station , 7 euro). The location is really central, the room is clean and big enough, good airconditioning!

I expected a coffee maker in my Double or Twin room, but sadly there was none. The staff were cold, never smiling or offering help. I almost gave a good review, but the lack of special treatment just was great. Such a disappointment for a supposedly decent hotel!

The location was perfect, just inside the city walls and away from the noisy tourist areas. We enjoyed a amazing view of the cathedral at night, and our comfy beds ensured restful nights. The breakfast was a steal at 8 Euros, offering a good start to our mornings.

Unfortunately, the shower door needed repairs and there was a persistent issue with mold that could impact allergies. During the winter, the lack of air conditioning made for an uncomfortable room, despite high outdoor temperatures. Be cautious if you're sensitive to such conditions.

We really enjoyed our spacious and clean room. The beds were super comfy. The hotel has a nice pool area and a great spot for relaxing in the garden. My only small issue was that the shower head didn't hang properly, but that didn't ruin our time at all. 😊

The location was fantastic, just inside the city walls. I enjoyed the comfort of my room with efficient air conditioning. I particularly appreciated the view of the cathedral from my window, beautiful at night. I also took advantage of the parking deal nearby, convenient. It was a pleasant experience with my partner.

The hotel was well situated in the middle of the village.
